The Resistance Band Cardio workout begins with a brief warm up and an overview of the exercises you will be completing.
This video is designed so you can follow along with the trainers as they perform four different exercise routines. Each of the routines are done in 40 second intervals followed by 20 seconds of rest.
A resistance band is used to improve your muscle tone while your body is experiencing a vigorous cardio workout at the same time.
The trainers go through the circuit two times on the Resistance Band Cardio Workout DVD but suggest you perform the circuit two additional times.
After the cardio workout, there is 60 seconds of active recovery followed by 5-10 minutes of light full body stretches.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using total body movements with cardio and a resistance band on the JumpSport Fitness Trampoline is a most effective approach for burning fat and building muscle. The constant tension the band places means you get a great pump to stimulate muscle growth. Performing the band movements with your upper body while also using bouncing patterns for your lower body adds strength training into your cardio intervals. This video teaches you different arm and foot movements you can do while experiencing a great cardio workout on the JumpSport Fitness Trampoline. At the same time, you will be bouncing on a low-impact surface that are very easy on your joints. The handle bar is used to boost your confidence and promote stability during each of the cardio intervals. The workout will quickly get your cardio up to a high level in minutes. After a short warm-up, Michelle and Kara demonstrate the movements. Then, they guide you through eight different cardio intervals of vigorous arm and foot movements. Each of the eight intervals consists of 1 minute of cardio followed by a 20 second active recovery rest period. You will keep bouncing during the entire workout. And, when finished, you will be encouraged to repeat the workout 2-3 times.
